tyrro: All EE commands should run under sudo Why do you say that? When did this change? Since the beginning I'm aware that all EE commands must be run as root not with sudo. What am I missing?

yes ... tried reverting back ... that leads to htdocs folder that's empty. The backups are still there, however some settings seem to not revert back.... That will lead me to rebuild from the snapshot...
