Browsers are reporting that my certificate has expired but when I check it has not and can't renew?

I'm totally confused by this. The certificate would have expired yesterday but I renewed it a few days back. I also have the cron job running.

Now when I try to go to my website it is giving me this error: "Attackers might be trying to steal your information from freakscene.net (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID"

report from site info: SSL enabled SSL PROVIDER Lets Encrypt SSL EXPIRY DATE Tue Oct 25 20:16:00 EDT 2016

If I run the command to renew sudo ee site update freakscene.net --letsencrypt=renew More than 30 days left for certificate Expiry. Not renewing now.

any ideas on how to fix it?
