Does updating easyengine update wp-cli?

@portofacil you are right. Due to the move towards php the current release of easy engine has sort of leveled off. If you don't update wp-cli you will find yourself with an old version. I realized for example that I could no longer change the WordPress password effectively using the old version which came with EE until I did a manual update.
