Date folder and timestamp are NOT correct

rtMedia uploder folder structure is like so
wp-content/uploads/rtMedia/users/USER_ID/CURRENT_YEAR/CURRENT_MONTH

So, By looking into this wp-content/uploads/rtMedia/users/23/2017/03.
We can say that 23 is the user id, not the date.
