Move Domain to a New Server and CAN'T create Let'sEcrypt

I moved a Domain to a New Server and I can't set Let'sEncrypt , it says:

And I can confirm the Doamin is now propagated to the new IP's

may be the registred email on letsencrypt??

UPDATE

Ok I found all the problemas related to Let'sencrypt are mostly about environment variable that overrides all the other localisation settings .

So following :

setting this:

export LC_ALL="en_US.UTF-8"
export LC_CTYPE="en_US.UTF-8"

Should solve the problem
