mySQL to utf8mb4

So my solution:

1. revert your changes, restart mysql

2. create wordpress site

3. login into EasyEngine admin tools at port 22222

4. open phpMyAdmin, login into mysql

5. select your database, click it to open

6. click operations tab -> find collation, select utf8mb4_unicode_ci
