Site Can't Be Reached - Connection Was Reset for all SSL sites after LetsEncrypt renewal

Try to disable it first:

ee site update example.com --letsencrypt=off

and then re-enable it back:

ee site update example.com --letsencrypt=on

what does this command outputs after you run these commands?
