"WordPress Address (URL)"&"Site Address (URL)" in WP Multi-site

I just went back and looked at every multisite website (5 of them) I've deployed in the last 4 months and everyone of them has this problem.

Maybe @ssalil or @rahul286 could look at this, as it seems to be an issue with the EE Mulitisite installation process.
