Migrated wordpress from non-EE setup to EE setup, how to make sure cache setup is good?

Hello EasyEngine'ers ,

I setup my EE powered vps today and migrated a wordpress from non-EE CentOS VPS to new EE managed Ubuntu 14 VPS. With EE, I created a site with wpfc configuration. Then I migrated my existing wordpress into that site. Existing wordpress has w3tc. How can make sure my cache settings are still as they should be with wpfc configuration?
